We are happy to exchange your goods as long as the exchange request takes place within 14 days of the item being originally delivered and you follow our returns procedure as detailed below.
The item being returned MUST adhere to the following conditions:
- The goods must remain complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- You MUST inform us of the return via the Returns Page and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. This page will automatically provide instructions on the return procedure (not doing this will signifcantly delay your refund and may result in postal/adminstration charges and/or the item being sent back to you).
- The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the sender, unless otherwise agreed by us.
- The exchanged product will only be sent out once the goods have been returned to Internet Fusion and have been inspected by us.
Exchanges are at the discretion of management and the customer will incur the additional delivery cost of any exchange that takes place.
