Internet Fusion Ltd will provide a full refund if there is a genuine fault with the manufacture of the product and if it is not fit for the purpose intended (as stated in the trade description act). Other conditions include:
- The goods remain complete, in the original packaging.
- You contact us of your intent to return the goods BEFORE you send them back and await a response from us providing details of the correct return address/procedure (not doing this will signifcantly delay your refund) .
- The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the sender, unless otherwise agreed by us.
- A full refund will only be issued once the goods have been returned to Internet Fusion Ltd and have been inspected by us.
Returns that are not genuinely faulty can also be returned for a refund (less the cost of our initial delivery) within 14 days of receipt. Any returns must agree to the four conditions above.
NOTE: If we are unable to despatch a product due to unavailability, or any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment taken without obligation to fulfil your order.
